WHEN WEIGHT FEELS HARDER THAN IT SHOULD
The scale is only part of the story.
You’ve tried eating differently, exercising harder, or starting over.
And your body still doesn’t seem to respond the way you expect.
Your appetite, energy, weight or body composition may have changed.
That doesn’t automatically mean you lack willpower.
Health history, medications, hormones, metabolism and lifestyle can all matter.
There may be more to understand.
You don’t need another reason to blame yourself.
You need a clearer picture of what may be happening.
Our job is not to judge how you got here. It is to understand where you are now — and help you determine what makes sense next.
WHY REMEDY
Don’t just compare cost. Compare the care.
We are focused on long-term success — not simply short-term weight loss. That means looking beyond the scale to body composition, muscle preservation, metabolic health, clinical progress and the habits that support lasting change.
CLINICAL INSIGHT + LABS
Your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals and appropriate lab data help us understand the clinical picture and guide your care.
BODY COMPOSITION + MUSCLE
Weight alone cannot tell us what is changing. Body-composition tracking helps us follow fat and lean mass while we focus on protecting strength and muscle during weight loss.
COACHING + ONGOING CARE
You are not handed a prescription and left to figure it out. Education, monitoring and ongoing support are part of the process.
Our approach is built around understanding your body, protecting your health, and helping you create progress you can carry forward — not simply chasing a number on the scale.
PERSONALIZED CARE
We look at the whole picture.

Weight, symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals and appropriate lab data all matter. Treating one piece in isolation can create frustration somewhere else, so we build care around the person — not a single number.
Your care should make sense for your body, your health and your life. We take the time to understand what is happening, explain what we see and help you move forward with a plan you can understand and participate in.
Real conversation. Real data. Care built around you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A clearer way to get started.
A simple, medically guided process designed to help us understand your needs, build your plan, and follow your progress over time.
STEP 1
Start with your intake + labs
We begin by learning about your health history, symptoms, medications, goals, and appropriate clinical data.
STEP 2
Build your care plan
Your provider reviews the bigger picture and discusses whether GLP-1 treatment or another medical weight-management approach may be appropriate.
STEP 3
Follow your progress
Ongoing monitoring, education, body-composition tracking, and support help us adjust care as your needs change.
CARE THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE
Wherever you’re starting, there’s a next step.
NEW TO GLP-1 CARE
Start with an evaluation to determine what treatment options may be appropriate.
ALREADY USING A GLP-1
Get ongoing medical follow-up, body-composition tracking, education, and support. If your medication comes from another source, ask what support options may be available.
NEED MORE CONVENIENCE
Ask about available remote and telehealth pathways.
UNDERSTANDING THE COST
Medication cost and medical management are two different things.
When you use a prescription GLP-1 medication, someone has to evaluate you, prescribe the medication, monitor your response, review side effects and concerns, and make clinical decisions about ongoing treatment.
That is what the medical management fee covers.
At REMEDY, our GLP programs also include:
-
ongoing medical oversight and reevaluation
-
body-composition scanning
-
education and support
-
movement opportunities through SPADE
-
follow-up designed to help you understand your progress and stay engaged in your care
The cost of brand-name medications such as Zepbound® or Wegovy® is paid separately to the pharmacy or medication provider. REMEDY does not set that pharmacy price.
Compounded medication options may also be available when clinically appropriate. Depending on the program, medication may be included in the monthly price or billed separately.
MEDICAL MANAGEMENT
Provider oversight, prescribing, reevaluation, monitoring, education, body-composition tracking, movement support, and ongoing follow-up.
MEDICATION COST
Brand-name medication is paid separately to the pharmacy or manufacturer program.
COMPOUNDED OPTIONS
Compounded pathways may be available when clinically appropriate, with pricing based on the program and medication selected.
The medication is one part of the care. The monthly fee supports the medical relationship and the system around it.
BEYOND THE SCALE
The number on the scale is not the main character in your story.
For many of us, the scale has had far too much power for far too long. At REMEDY, we help you look beyond a single number and understand what is actually changing in your body.
Using Evolt body-composition tracking, we can follow changes in body fat, skeletal muscle mass, and other meaningful measurements over time — then talk through what those changes may mean for your strength, health, and progress.
The goal is not simply to weigh less. It is to become stronger, healthier and more confident in how you care for your body.
Progress deserves a better scorecard.
You matter more than the number on the scale.
MOVEMENT WITH MEDICINE
We don’t just tell you to get stronger.
We give you somewhere to do it.

Maintaining strength and lean muscle matters during weight loss. That is why movement is part of the REMEDY experience — not an afterthought.
Through SPADE Gathering, our community has access to approachable strength classes, movement opportunities, events, and education designed to help healthier routines become part of real life.
Some REMEDY programs include SPADE access, and SPADE classes and events are also open to the broader community.
You do not have to already be fit. You simply have to be willing to begin.
Medicine + Movement. Built to work together.

MORE THAN MEDICINE
You don’t have to do this alone.
People often come to REMEDY because they want help with weight, hormones, energy, or simply feeling better in their own body. What they often find is something bigger — a place where they feel known, supported, and encouraged to keep showing up for themselves.

We believe better health becomes easier to pursue when you have good information, people who care, and somewhere you feel like you belong.
That is why REMEDY and SPADE are connected. Medicine, movement, education, conversation, and community can all become part of how you care for yourself — and how you keep moving forward.
Come find your people.
